The design of the work camp involves elements such as roadway design, parking lot, several dormitories, gate house, food services facilities, some houses, multipurpose buildings and others. This facility was designed to hold between 2,200 – 3,000 inmates along with living space for workers. The site design was complex and involved mitigation of environmentally sensitive areas, water and sanitary sewer extension, stormwater facilities, and management of unsuitable soil conditions.
