Spectra Engineering & Research, Inc. provides Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services to assist project owners in executing construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. Construction quality is assured through a well-managed program of inspection, materials, and testing. SER’s construction inspectors and technicians are extremely experienced in the disciplines necessary to provide quality inspection programs.

SER’s staff has provided design office technical support as well as field CEI services on a wide range of projects. Our staff has developed a keen awareness of problems that can be encountered in the construction process. When construction problems arise in the field, a working knowledge of both the design and materials control issues, as well as normal construction practices, allows SER’s staff to propose timely, accurate and cost effective alternatives and solutions for the contractors’ field personnel.
